By accessing or using CastingDirectory ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service independently. Users between 13 and 17 may use the Service only with verifiable parental or guardian consent. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant CastingDirectory a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

6. Membership and Payments

Paid memberships are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Credits System

Credits purchased on the platform are non-refundable and have no cash value. Credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to modify the credits system with reasonable notice to users.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CastingDirectory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
